Obviously he's got some intangible value that keeps him on the roster, or he's just gotten pushed under the rug because of everything that's going on right now. I'm sure after the draft and coming into training camp and the different roster deadlines before the start of the season, they'll evaluate guys like Ratliffe.

Except you make a good point. If they have ditch DA and BQ why bother hanging on to Ratliff? Just as a practice QB?
