Why cant we get a proven General Manager?

Why cant we get smart Linebackers?

Why cant we get a Pro Bowl receiver to compliment what we have instead of Stallworthless?

Why cant we use a tandem of really good Running Backs?

And why is Romeo & Phil still in Cleveland?
