I want to give thanks this week for family and friends who fill my life with love. This is a difficult time for a lot of people, so I want to add my thanks for the fact that I and my loved ones still have jobs and are getting by better than many others. I am thankful for a warm home, nutritious food, transportation, many luxuries and a sweet kitty to keep me company. I am thankful that for someone my age I'm in pretty good health. My list is really too long to put here but my heart is full of gratitude for all things big and small that make it possible for me to enjoy life thoroughly.

I'm also thankful that Stan keeps this place humming along so we get to play here. Thanks to the board moderators, columnists, fantasy league commissioners and everyone who contributes to the board, making Stan's efforts worth it. Don and Ed who keep the tailgates fabulous and feed Browns fans from around the globe also get a very special "gobble gobble" of gratitude.

I also hope that Zombo and Heidi have a particularly joyous holiday. They go above and beyond the call of duty to get their league reports in with humor and grace. They do a fabulous job!

To all of you: Enjoy your family and friends this week and be sure to help with the dishes!

Beanpot's League:

Mayhem's team remains undefeated even though only two teams scored fewer points this week. One of those teams happened to be opponent T's Jelly Donuts. Mayhem 74, T's 51. Mayhem is the first team to clinch a playoff spot with this victory.

Beanpot snagged the Viagra award with 133 point due to a team effort that produced double digits for all but Dallas' Dez Bryant. Beans 133, The Usual Suspects 95.

The Toyota Trophy goes to Dot the I who knocked off NavDawgs Browns, 107-60. Somehow the NavDawg has managed to hold on to seventh place despite 4 losses inn a row.

Zombo managed to pull it together and win one over Insert Clever Name, 105-97.

In other action:

Calfox KosarDawgs defeated Texas Chainsaw Massaquoi 97-78.

Huskymania set his lineups and kicked Ballantyne's Buckeye in the tailfeathers, 98-74

Oreo's League:

Ben There Raped That fed his team Wheaties this week and stuffed the Bronx Browns 152-74. Buffalo's Steve Johnson led the team with a surprising 35 points and Marques Colston added 27 to the effort. Ben There grabs what I believe is his second Viagra of the season (Not that he needs it) and takes the Toyota Trophy as well.

Oreo's Team failed to recover from last week's mauling, losing to Choo Choo's 113-51. Apparently teams have learned that applying catnip to the football totally distracts Oreo and assures victory. This was an embarrassing defeat for the once fabulous feline who has now given up all hopes of a championship and was last seen hobbliing home, dragging her tail behind her

DD's locked up a sure spot in the playoffs by easing past Beanpot 112-99.

The Kentucky Barn Burner's managed a third consecutive win, smacking Kamac 88-81.

In other action:

Hammertime notches win number 4 against dirty hands, 79-71.

Lambdo's Air Show is grounded for the third time in as many weeks. The Hammer 111, Lambdo 75.

The Heidi Report:

This is the extremely abbreviated report for League 3 this week and I apologize for being late to the table again this week but I never forget. I want to say Happy Thanksgiving to all the good people who come to the Browns Board to play the fantasy sports, to Stan for keeping things going even when it gets dicey at times, to Kathy for putting our reports together even when life is busy and never having a negative word to say and Zombo for always giving me a chuckle. I am so grateful to have a home and the necessities that so many these days are finding it hard to have.

I am also thankful for the people that lend a kind ear when I need one. There is so much to be grateful for that we sometimes may take a lot of them for granted.

So, a Happy Thanksgiving to you all and I wish you have a wonderful day filled with love and laughter and spend it with family and friends. And let us be grateful to our troops, veterans and for the time we had with the loved ones whom we have lost and will not be at the table this year.

The Great Zomboni:

Mr. Freeze's Snowmen iced the competition for the fifth straight week as they held on to first place in League IV. They were lucky enough to draw the Huskymania this week and coast to an 83-64 win ... Huskymani might have actually beat them if they would replace the two guys on IR and the running back that doesn't play every week. Three zeroes are hard to overcome.

In second place is the Bermeck KY Hicks, who eeked out an 88-84 over the last-place Werewolves of Linden. The Hicks were paced by Chiefs Dwayne Bowe (25) and Thomas Jones (16), as well as the dreaded Steeler D (19)... while the wolves got screwed by Randy Moss's zero. Moss was cut after the game and threw his shoulde pads in to the stands.

Third Place is the Big Bad Dawgs, who won a low-scoring affar over Jumping Jack Flash 55-37. The BBD could afford the off week becausethe Flash started Chad Henne at QB and Jonathan Stewart at RB again despite the fact that neither have started for over two weeks. Like Father, like son.

Team Inglewood Jack won to stay in the running in a fourth place tie, despite getting a good scare from my Real McCoys, 108-93. I thought my 93 might be enough, but then Phillip Rivers soared to 26 points for TIJ on Monday Night. that was the bad news for me. The good news was that I had Phillip Rivers on my League 1 team and I came from behind and won. Live by the Rivers, die by the Rivers.

Polk High remains fighting for a playoff spot in that tie for four despite getting MASSAQUOID by the TX Chaisaw Massaquois 164-73. The TCM earned Viagra high-scorer of the week, and for the year to date, I believe, by getting 20+ from five different players and their defense. However, their QB got punched in the face and that was really funny.

Calfox's KosarDawgs also had a massive scoring effort, blowing the doors off of the Flea Flickers 130-99. Greg Jennings (35) led the scoring for Cal, but what realy paid off for him was his faith in Peyton Hillis (21) and the Browns D (22).
