AFC:

East: Jets with #1 seed (by virtue of win over Pats)

North: Ravens (by virtue of win over Steelers)

South: Jacksonville (by virtue of win over Colts)

West: Kansas City

Wild cards: New England and Pittsburgh

Other contenders: Colts, Chargers, Dolphins

NFC:

East: Eagles (by virtue of win over Giants)

North: Bears

South: Falcons with #1 seed

West: Rams (by virtue of win over Seahawks)

Wild cards: New Orleans and either Tampa Bay or NY Giants who each have same conference record.

Other contenders: Packers who are also 7-4 with TB and NY but have a worse conference record. Seahawks who could end up taking the West.

Some very important games this weekend: Both the Jets and Ravens could vastly solidify their positions if they beat the Pats and Steelers respectively as that would give them a virtual 2 game lead with 4 games to go as it would give the Jets and Ravens a sweep in the head to head. If either the Pats or Steelers win they would have tentative control for the time being as they would be a game up and would have split the head to head.
