Two-thirds of likely voters agree that state legislatures have the authority to cut state employee salaries and 52% agree they can void collective bargaining agreements to reduce spending. Voiding collective bargaining agreements is also seen as preferable to continuing to pay state employees at current levels or layoffs of state workers in order to reduce spending and control deficits. These results come from a Zogby Interactive poll conducted from Feb. 18-21, 2011."

When almost 30% of Americans are out of work or are underpaid dont expect to much sympathy out of them.

Reply to Zogby poll: Majorities Say States Can Cut Employee Salaries & Void Collective Bargaining Agreements: on Thu, 24 Feb 2011 06:09:58 GMT

The gov employee unions, are organized, vs... us.

We have no organization, no nothin. They get everything they can get, and

here and there, Dems keep buying their votes by giving them more.

I want these bills to pass, although I still wonder about making sure

that the unions still have all their fairness in employment protections in place.

It's about the money. It's time to stop the runaway union gravy train, where Americans

have no right to not join the union, or at least, not to pay dues.

Which, is what the Dems want, since the unions are totally dedicated to them.

It's time to stop it and fix it.

calfoxwc
