I really enjoyed listening to Joe breakdown the top wrs that will be targeted in this years draft. This guy is smart and very humble. I'm glad he's on our team! There's no direct link to this, but you'll see a pic of Joe and know what to do from there.

the wr that Green is. He doesn't look fluid when he running and catching the ball somehow, to me.

He doesn't run good routes, or exact routes, like Green does, per Haden.

He isn't a #6 pick. There are plenty of fast wr's in the draft, maybe not as big, but who also don't run the precise routes needed, or

don't have the great hands.

I'd trade down, if possible, a few spots, and go for Jones there. The Browns could really use an extra few picks...

calfoxwc

Reply to Joe Haden interview on Mon, 28 Feb 2011 05:16:37 GMT

@<bdi>dawgpound3</bdi> said:
I think the top pick in the first round is gonna be a WR.

I thought your inside sources had us taking J.J. Watt at #6 not Jones, id pass on Jones at 6 but hes defentily gonna be good in the NFL

Haden is special and a future leader for this Browns Defense, i love his attitude and the way he plays the game...We need more players like him in Brown and Orange

Nw220

Reply to Joe Haden interview on Mon, 28 Feb 2011 03:06:55 GMT

i hope the browns don't get an inconsistent wr like julio at #6. that sounds like a savage move and not a heckert move.

SJ_Browns

Reply to Joe Haden interview on Sun, 27 Feb 2011 16:36:24 GMT

I think the top pick in the first round is gonna be a WR.

I like Haden. It's very obvious that difference between him and some young CBs is that this guy flat-out loves football. He breathes it day in and day out.

Very important trait to have.

secondwave

Reply to Joe Haden interview on Sat, 26 Feb 2011 23:17:31 GMT

If there is anyone out there who DOESN'T like Haden, they flat out don't like football. I could be wrong about the Browns going DL or WR only...

maybe Peterson would be the pick at six. It'd be cool to have two Browns All-pro cb's...

but you still need a kick arse pass rush.

And you still need a West Coast offense #1 wr that can always? get open and get yacs....

This draft is going to be crazy - a LOT of fun to watch.

Darius, or Green, or now, Peterson? One of those three, I think.

And, I predict, at least right now, that the Browns will draft:

1 WR - first or second round

2 DL - one early, one late

1 OL - one mid round (OT),

2 LB's - one mid, one late

1 Project QB or RB, depending, late

I predict this, Knowing it won't be accurate at all, because of a few great moves in FA...

"sigh"

calfoxwc
