<![CDATA[Formerly Known As Trivia]]>This is entitled "Formerly Known As (FKA)" Trivia. These are former names of current NFL, NBA, NHL, or MLB Major League Sports teams. I will give the FKA, you give the NKA (Now Known As), or current name of the team. These are in alphabetical order by the fka. If you see what sounds like a current name, it isn't. 2. Americans... nka as either The Boston Red Sox or The New Jersey Nets

3. Bronchos.. nka as The Cleveland Indians...tsk, tsk for no one getting this

4. Browns... The St. Louis Browns are nka The Baltimore Orioles (but fyi that team began its existance as the Milwaukee Brewers)

5. Bullets..The Baltimore Bullets are nka The Washington Wizards

6. Chapparells...the Dallas Chapparells are nka The San Antonio Spurs

7. Gothams...the New York Gothams are nka The San Francisco Giants (and of course fka The New York Giants)

Of the 25 former names I have listed....Seven of them are now names of different teams, e.g. Browns, Titans, Oilers, Nationals, Texans
