It's also been said we'll be able to make room.</p>

Keep in mind that some teams' 2008 cap commitment includes some contracts that will void after this season. And every team has overpaid players they can cut to lower their cap commitment.</p>

Other sources would be nice to see as I've <a href="http://www.askthecommish.com/salarycap/numbers.asp" rel="external nofollow">also seen</a> there's less than 5 mil in cap space.  If the above numbers are correct, I'm not sure Cabot is accurate in her PD story as it seems the Browns are in average cap territory.</p>
