It's a run and shoot offense that pads stats and is great for QB's in college but doesn't translate to NFL success.

No... this guy is Graham Harrell 2.0

Harrell couldn't throw the ball as far as Keenum, Harrel was in a system that dinked and dunked and let the receivers get yac, Keenum is in a similar system but they mix it up, he can throw the deep ball.
