They need the laws passed before the big national election push so they can manipulate the news. As for as the acronyms, they have to dumb it down so Americans will feel it is hip and mainstream and feel that it is a okay thing to do. Just watch how everyone walks through those TSA groping stations and allows the full body scans. And yes, I wont fly because of this crap.
