Well, the new low in Cinci is- if you're a season ticket holder, buy one ticket to the Ravens game, get one free. How pathetic is that attempting to get a sellout for the most important home game in two years?

Regarding Browns fans- take a look at Cinci, and tell me staying away in droves will work- it' won't. Might put more money in your pocket though. The real profit engine in the NFL is TV revenue- teams could play to virtually empty stadiums and still break even. As I've pointed out before, if you're a long time season ticket holder, you're more than married to your seats, unless you happen to be a millionaire. If I dumped my 28 years worth of seniority 20 yard line seats in protest, it would probably cost me $30,000 to buy them back on e-Bay or Craiglist when the team improved. I'd NEVER be able to get seats that good again though the official waiting list. Seats between the 20s get handed down in wills- we've put in for seat improvement for the last 5 years and gotten nowhere.
