Mangini was quoted today saying "I can win here with Quinn".

The Browns are a scheme and a player away from havnig an above average defense, especially if the offense can put a few drives together and give them a break.

So, it seems, especially with no reasonable back-up QB in sight, Quinn and Mangini are going to live or die together.
