Here is the deal. We entered a cook off here in Ft. Worth, TX. The cook off goes as follows-The cooking teams have to cook a dish that represents a favorite to the team that is playing the Cowboys on a specific week. We drew the week the Cowboys play the Browns!! We are scored on presentation, theme and flavor. We would like to know your favorite tailgating receipes and more importantly foods so we can win this thing. Any help would be GREAT! We have to go above and beyond so hamburger, hot dogs and such will not count. Thank you very much in advance to helping out some NFL fans!

Reply to Tailgate Help For Cookoff on Wed, 05 Sep 2012 01:33:48 GMT

Cleveland is a Polish town.....cook Pierogies stuffed with cheese, onions, parsley, and some sort of ham, and another sausage and kraut on the side.
