Here is this week's trivia. Since we have an early game need to get er posted:

Answers.

1. Who is the player that played againg the Colts when they played their last game at Baltimore's Memorial Stadium and also played against the Ravens in their last game at Baltimore Memorial Stadium.

Bruce Matthews it was.

2. In which season did the Ravens first attain a .500 or better record?

1999. So, in essence, Modell had only that 1 winning season...1999... as the real owner of the Ravens. (He sold a large minority to Biscotti in March of 2000, with the option to purchase the rest of the team....that made Biscotti the de facto beneficial owner of the Ravens in March 2000. Modell became a mere figurehead....soon to be lopped off at that point)

3. Which FBS (Div. I) school did Joe Flacco transfer from when he went from there to the Un. of Delaware?

Pitt. I am not sure why he transferred.

4. Who was the Ravens leading passer in 1998?

Jim Harbaugh

5. There are 5 players who made the Pro Bowl as members of the Baltimore Ravens who also played at some time for the Cleveland Browns? (yea, including contract assignees from the Browns after 1995)

Contract assignees were Vinny Testaverde, Matt Stover, and Eric Turner. Then there was Jamal Lewis who played here after his time with the Rats. And last but certainly not least was The Pendulum (kicking leg) that was the Pits....Billy Cundiff....who played for the Browns for a few short games when Dawson was sidelined.

6. What is the Ravens post season record agains all other current AFC North members?

They are 0-3 in postseason games vs. other AFCN teams....ALL losses to Pittsburgh. (never played Browns or Bengals)

The sad thing about a game like that where those two teams play is that someone has to win.

7. The Ravens have been to the AFC title game 3 times. Name their opponent in each game. Hint: no 2 are the same.

They have played the Raiders, Steelers and New England. They beat the Raiders in 2000, but lost to the Steelers and Pats.

8. Name 3 QBs who have played for both the Ravens and the Browns.

Vinny Testaverde, Eric Zeier, and Trent Dilfer. The first two were contract assignee subjects. Also, if you had said Derek Anderson I would have accepted that as though Anderson never played a game for the Ravens, he was their 6th round pick and on their practice squad for a year.

9. Name 3 RBs who have played for both the Ravens and the Browns.

I have 4 names that fit the bill: Ernest Byner, Jamal Lewis, Eric Rhectt (sp?), and Leroy Hoard.

10. What is the name of the Baltimore Lingerie League team?

They are the Balti-Whores. Yes, really. (Ok, not really, the are "The Charm")

11. A. Name ALL the cities in Ohio that at one time have had an NFL franchise located there.

Akron Pros, Canton Bulldogs, Cleveland Bulldog/Indians/Rams/Browns, Columbus Panhandles, Cincinnati Reds/Bengals, Dayton Triangles, Portsmouth Spartans, Toledo Maroons, and Mansfield with the Oorang Indians(Jim Thorpe team).B. Name the 4 railroads in the Monopoly game.

Short Line, Reading, Pennsylvania, and the Baltimore and Ohio (B&O)

12. The Rats are known for the defense. What are the most points the Browns have ever scored against the Ravens. And describe the circumstance.

As noted, it was 33 points in the OT game in 2007 famous for the FG kick that bounced off the back Stanchion of the goal post that was originally called no good, but which after further "review" was declared good. That FG tied the game and the Browns went on to win in OT.

Bonus: What is the Head to head record of these two teams.

Ravens lead 19-7.

7. What is the name of the Baltimore Lingerie football team?
