Talking with the guy I'd described before, a nice guy on disability, who said to me once when I was having repairs done that I should have called him. Said he could do the work we'd just need to get someone else to sign the permits. This is the fellow who hates Governor Kasich because it's now harder for him to get multiple prescriptions for oxy.

He told me he was 1 of the 47 percent that Mitt Romney doesn't care about.
