like i said it's all a crapshoot.

i think after all the bye weeks are done it's good to stick with your guys and not try to out-think yourself. i know i can get a little nutty on saturday night when i've had one or two more than i should have and sitting there on the couch with my laptop watching college football highlights, watching nfl now, watching sportscenter and start to think about how each of my players will matchup with their opposing teams defense. stoopid on my part.

I lost 2 weeks in a row because I started the wrong QB. I started Newton when Schaub had 5 tds' and then I started Schaub and Newton had 4 tds.

the problem with guns i have is...alcohol and guns don't mix well together (other mind altering substances as well). that's why i've never owned one personally. not because i'm afraid what i'd do with it, but afraid what one of the crazy women who i've been with over the years would do with it.

If they were to score less than 20 points it would be a complete embarassment and an indictment of just how piss poor Shurmur's handling of the offense has been.

It is even more important that they break out this week than it is next week against KC. KC can actually play some good defense. They held both the Steelers and the Ravens to like 9 points in the games they played them.

After winning last week over a rival the Browns should gain some confidence and have their first real 'blow out' victory.

But....as has often been said here, if there is one guy that can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, it is Pat Shurmur.
