<![CDATA[Blackouts]]>No, this isn't about concussions, but TV blackouts of NFL teams. The below article gives some in depth reasons for the 5 teams most likely to suffer blackouts this season:

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

San Diego Chargers

Oakland Raiders

Cincinnati Bengals

In most cases it seems to have to do with stadium issues. In other cases, distrust of management (Cincy), in one a non devoted/transient fan base (Tampa):
