<![CDATA[Haden calls out the team and the QB?]]>Listen to the Haden Podcast of the really bigshow on WKNR 850 he says basically that our QB sucks and if we had a GOOD QB he feels we have playoff talent, and some players aren't putting in the same effort he puts in.

But if you consider free agents to be somewhat in the fan category and their perception of a franchise (more prominent in the NBA) as well then that absolutely can have an effect. Obviously it starts at the top and fans make almost zero impact.

What I was getting at was the star player can do no wrong stuff.

It's the NFL not the NBA whether you're the 53rd or 1st guy on the roster you should be held accountable and criticized. That doesn't mean Haden isn't appreciated and isn't an intregal part of the D because he is,but we need to get to the point where no one player is bigger than the team.

The attitude of the fans here do not have a cabbage fart to do with how well the team performs....if that is what you are referring to.

If you are saying there may be a loser attitude amongst the owners/FO/coaches/players on this team....then yes, that does need to change.....and quite frankly, primarily, that is the job of the Head Coach.

Yeah they've been good but I tend to agree with what Ray Farmer had to say.

I think lockdown corner and franchise QB are two of the most overused terms there are, I think there's less than a handful of transcendent "franchise" QB's in the NFL.

Little off topic but a lot of people want a big corner, now ideally you want a big guy but I wouldn't sacrifice speed & quickness for size in our scenario. Haden does great against the bigger recievers but stuggles against smaller faster guys normally.

I'm willing to take a chance on Hoyer and draft for other needs to build a team around him... couldn't be happier that Seattle & San Frans style of football is trending now and the superstar QB or bust plan isn't the golden road anymore.

and the passes keep getting completed other places on the field constantly.

Skrine is terrific little guy, but he isn't a #2 cb based on his short height alone.

Especially playing in the division they do. Haden has fire - I'm glad he spoke out.

I realize joe can only be accountable for his own level of play but when you have a games in the season in which you're tied or winning and blow them all something is wrong. We just have tunnel vision and need one guy to blame.
