Are you saying that the Browns should keep #4, and move up from 26 to 8?

It may be more likely that the Browns would move down from 4 to 8 to take this guy or Gilbert, and pick up perhaps another second/erd rounder to do so....and keep #26.

Especially in a draft like this one where CB is fairly deep.
