Key points I guess is increasing the threshold for pot failures to 50ng/ml, removal of amphetamines from the PED list, HGH testing. If its retroactive, welker and scandrick are possibly eligible for reinstatement as well as a possibly josh, but that's a much greyer area. Josh's test was in December of last year, so depending on the wording....

The one that was toasted unmercifully was the Pack's 2nd string RT. Their starting RT, Bulaga, who went down with a knee, was holding his own prior to the injury.
