Bullshit. Expand the rosters and i can guarantee you can find 11 guys to fly down the field like a maniac..especially for 100g's a year. And they wont sue if they get hurt.

Not sure if i agree with the mandatory part but I wouldn't mind seeing the receiving team get the ball on the 30 yard line instead of the 20 when the ball is kicked completely out of the endzone.
