"I thought it was one of our best tackling games of the season. Anytime you have under five missed tackles, you put yourself in a position to win a football game. And that's our goal going into every game."

Heard that and I immediately flashed to a less than normal amount of Bitching in the Tavern about "poor tackling" last Sunday. Not that it was not replaced by bitching about other stuff, but for once it was not about tackling.

Stuck me watching the rest of the video that Jim has grown a good bit this year. Think back to the way he presented himself back in some of his TC interviews and there is no comparison to what you see now. Much more confident... much more at ease... Watching the above vid I thought Pettine, Jr. for the first time. Can see a lot of Mike's style in Jim now.

One more thing we no longer bitch about...

Pettine needing to get more involved in the Defensive play calling.

I think I am becoming an O'Neil fan.

Reply to Atlanta: "Best Tacking Game of the Season" - Jim O'Neil on Sun, 30 Nov 2014 15:57:13 GMT

Suddenly Im thirsty for some Ling Ling.....

Mudfly

Reply to Atlanta: "Best Tacking Game of the Season" - Jim O'Neil on Sun, 30 Nov 2014 15:01:46 GMT

@<bdi>darkside5</bdi> said:

I thought you were talking about horses or sailing.
