I think Pettine only had to wait a few minutes after the Ravens game to get a full vote of confidence. I was glad to see him stand by Farmer. I think Haslam has been more than fair with Manziel. As a fan I want to see an owner who is sold out to winning and I believe we have that. If Haslam get's a reputation for treating people fairly and we see some loyalty that goes both ways with Haslam and those who work for him I am real good with that too.
