Easy.  Cushing.  Based on the video at least.</p>

Then again, I'm an absolute sucker when it comes to driven and hard working players.  It impresses me more than god-given talent.  </p>

<p>
Which is why I like Orakpo and Clay III, even though they may not be the best choices for the Browns, they work their ass off.</p>
