Marino vs. E. Manning and those average Giant teams. 6 rings. Could play this game with a lot of QB's. Marino just seemed like a strong example.

Intellectually I believe they are close.....but Brady had other advantages. He has been far more durable. Overall better in the clutch.

And if the Pats don't have Tom Brady they don't even get to one SB, let alone 6.

Nonetheless....I agree with your premise. Marino did not have the kind of defenses that Brady had....and he may have won some SBs if he had.
