I imagine sending reps to the funerals for Gray and Brown is purely political. Did some reading and there were no reps from the administration at Walter Scott's funeral. That is because the people of Charleston, SC didn't tard out and destroy their own neighborhoods. The admin is trying to appease morons who burn and loot.
