Agreed. It lessens the number of possessions, which favors the Cavs, and allows Lebron to rest a bit.

I'm assuming you played competitive basketball at one point- you rest on offense.

Golden State challenges him- well hello, drive to the rim. Le Bron is still quick enough to smear almost anyone who dares challenge his first step. he's by them like a shot out of a canon. Ergo- the defenders know it's a waste of energy.
