I think they get three weeks of practise from week 6 and then it's either active roster or cut/waived.

IE...if we used Gaines, he would have to be waived to get to the PS or stay on the roster the rest of the year....???

OK, what does this guy bring to the table......seems at best an ST player. About the only people he matches up with are the Browns smurf receivers. Every other team has WRs that have 6 inches on this guy.
