Well, in college football, isn't the HC considered essentially the equivalent of a GM/HC in the NFL. Unlike most NFL teams, the HC of a college team is responsible for talent acquisition.

OK.......but he was right in what he said.

Actually, it wasn't just him....the entire offense was out of sync all year. One big reason? Coaching. Losing Tom Herrman, then havin "dual offensive coordinators" was not a smart move.

Honestly sounds like he's given his two cents throughout the season and hit emotions got the best of him as he was essentially taken out of the game plan.

While I don't agree and his approach lacks tact, he may have gotten Meyer to listen just enough that may save this offense and our young players from a doomed future with Beck around.
