But we need our ILB'er, who is a 3-4 ILB'er which typically need to carry a little more weight than a 4-3 MLB'er, to weigh in the 220's?

Yes... typically one OLB is 250+. A lot more 3-4 ILBs are in the 230's these days. All about speed.
