<p><span style="color:#800000">In reality, the 2000 Ravens were only a decent QB from becoming the powerhouse they became.  And, for that half season at least, Trent Dilfer played the position very well....even if the rest of his career was below par.</span></p>

<p>They built defenses, first, starting with D-line and LBs.</p>
<p>Then offenses with good running games, starting with O-line.</p>
<p>Then they added the play makers - QB and WR.</p>

<p>Virtually NO one drafted a QB - with nothing else on their team - and played him as a rookie and won anything.</p>
<p>And let's not forget our very own Browns team in the '80s/'90s under Shottenheimer... <p>We need weapons! By now opponents are wise to Benjamin and Barnidge. Without a sound running game the offense is one of the worst in the league. Teams know not to defend the run and come after the quarterback on every play! Farmer better draft offensive weapons. No team makes it very far without the running game. They need to draft receivers, running backs, weapons period. </p>
