<p>Bernie and Hillary could be interesting though, latest polls have them neck and neck. Bernie has basically only invested in Iowa and New  Hampshire so I think he may be doomed if he doesn't win both.</p>

<p>Trump/Hillary is what I'm predicting. <p>The gay marriage ruling was a 5-4 decision with 4 justices strongly disagreeing with it so it was not a slam dunk ruling even with the great legal minds. Cruz sides with the 4 dissenting judges. Split decision and decided specifically because the court decided that what Obama said was wrong. He said it is not a tax but the only way it could be found constitutional was to say that it was. And that's what they did.</p>

<p>There were at least three candidates much more invested in religion than Ted Cruz. Santorum Huckabee and Carson.</p>

<p>The student filming that protest had every right to be there and film it. It was a public event. He was not causing a disturbance and the professor was out of line in trying to remove him. Now she is facing criminal charges over it. The student was in the right and the professor was in the wrong. </p>

<p>In the case with Trump a protester has every right to be at his meeting but if they cause a disturbance Trump has the right to have them removed. The professor did not have the right to have the student filming removed because he was doing nothing wrong. She might not have liked him filming the protest but that did not give her cause to do what she did. <p>Yelling and causing a disturbance in a private event isn't protected under the first amendment. They're just disturbing all the people who waited however many hours to legitimately hear the event.</p>

<p>If they were outside the private venue, then yes they'd be fine.</p>

<p>If you went into a McDonalds and started yelling "McDonalds is evil" that's not protected under the first amendment, they'll kick your ass out</p>

<p>While I don't disagree with you as we can see with the language of the First Amendment it strictly is talking about the power of Congress and the creation of law.
