Again, that's not a bad plan for rebuilding a dreadful team if you draft well which hasn't occurred for the Browns since the Reagan administration.

At his best he's Gipson in 2015, which isn't Gipson in year's prior. But it's a 1-year deal as someone said, and he's good enough to take up space for a year in a lost season.

Moore was a disaster his only season in Houston, getting benched after seven games and playing just 451 snaps. With Tashaun Gipson gone, he'll give Cleveland veteran insurance opposite Donte Whitner.
