You're special if you don't think Pouncey is a massive upgrade over Wallace whether or not he played okay as a backup.

We had a guy that was just as good as Pouncey also coming back off of a major injury like Pouncey: Alex Mack. He did not perform as well. It is really a crapshoot for Pouncey to come back to his old form.
