Personally as a man I don't give a damn who comes into the men's room, I've been to plenty of bars where there's some drunk chicks in there because the lines shorter. I know many women don't feel the same way, though.

This is deja vu because I've shared this sentiment before.

My ex girlfriends wouldn't have been comfortable with a wig wearing fat guy with a dress walking into the girls room that I can tell you, and it's happened before which is how I know "we have to go NOW!" "Why I thought we were having a good time" "there's a fat dude wearing a wig in the girls bathroom"

Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but what this guy did isn't legal either under the new or old laws, so how the women felt is not relevant.

I can see maybe making a case to have a legal gender, and you must use the appropriate bathroom for that gender, but given the prevailing attitudes over there I can see that being even harder to get than an abortion.
