At the ends would be - Coop, Meder and Nassib. Admittedly I only expect Carl and Ogba to be featured in sub packages and 4 down looks for the bulk of the early part of the season. So their responsibilities differ from Coop and Meder. Carl isn't making the transition to SOLB in any type of full time scenario, he might even see some time at the 5tech in base sets (very limited) Ogba is going to take quite a while to pick up OLB (if he does at all).

It's just too much of a different monster to go from a LE to a 2pt LB with added responsibility on top of being asked to refine your already limited pass rushing moves.
