<![CDATA[The left is on the attack while they have a corrupt leftist in our WH]]>As I noted earlier in the week, right now we are fighting in court against the GOLIATHS of the anti-faith, anti-freedom, and anti-family movements.
  • A George Soros-funded group is trying to convict our client, Pastor Scott Lively, of "crimes against humanity" in violation of "international law" simply because Pastor Lively stood up for marriage in the nation of Uganda. We must be ready for a crucial hearing taking place in a few weeks.
  • At the same time, we have to commit legal resources to turn back yet another outrageous attack against Kim Davis by the ACLU. This time, ACLU attorneys are trying to force Kim to pay their legal costs even though we won her case!
  • Also right now, Liberty Counsel is defending pro-life groups from a NARAL-backed California law that forces pro-life citizens to endorse and promote abortion.
  • And, on Wednesday, Liberty Counsel's legal team was in Alabama defending Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore against an attack by the radical Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). The SPLC filed a complaint with the Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission (JIC) seeking to remove the Chief Justice from the bench. The JIC then hired the former legal director of the SPLC to prosecute the case!
