Now, Norv Turner has 'resigned' and Pat Shurmur has stepped in as OC. How does he keep getting a job?

Yes, but I feel like this was not the case when it came to his Viking's HC. Zim's a great DC, but "Volatile" is his middle name and as a DC he had an HC to keep him in line.... to keep him from going full Buddy Ryan.

There is no check on him as HC so I could see him getting on staff in general the past three years and more and more on Norv as fortunes have turned recently.

TE, Alex Smith, who say's he never took a hand-off before, had to line up in the backfield and, of course, fumbled the hand-off.

They shouldnt even exist. The d line should just line up unopposed on every down. Really don't understand what the purpose of the o line even is.
