<p>I like plenty of kraut left offer to have with hot dogs on a bun with yellow mustard and Tabasco sauce....uuummmmm.</p>

<p>She put in regular ground turkey but had some Italian mild turkey sausage links (looks like keilbassi) and sliced up the links into bite sized pieces and added it to the pot. Not bad gives the chili a different texture and taste.</p>

<p>Not bad! For me chili meat (from our local store) or turkey, I love jalapeños but wife doesn't so it's on the side added in same with extra chili powder.  Mushrooms are a nice add. <p>Usually serve my him, which is fucking great, with various accompaniments including grated sharp cheddar chopped cilantro, chopped onions, sour cream and sometimes choped jalapenos...</p>
