Simmons was the assistant defensive line coach for the St. Louis/Los Angeles Rams for the past five seasons under defensive coordinator <span><a data-ipb="nomediaparse" href="http://247sports.com/Coach/Gregg-Williams-3509" rel="external nofollow">Gregg Williams</a></span>.</p>
