Classic case of not adjusting systems to personnel on hand. And the end result is Football Follies in all phases of the game combined with some great plays from time to time that just can't overcome bad coaching and bad decision making.

Well if you figure in about 50 or so of Kizer  rushes are from passing plays  your more like 68.5% pass and 32.5% run

Yeah, runs right up their backs. He's so determined to go North and South, he's pressing. Which isn't a bad thing, but he's often 'out of control' and he loses all his power.

or he needed to see an accelerated view of Kizers % of completions and ability to properly evaluate him. Hence the reason he came to the conclusion "never gonna get it"
