It also keeps him involved with the best talent in the country in the SEC.

He is a good speaker and will get to see some of the best players in the country, so it keeps him close to scouting if he ever gets back in to that at some point in the future.

That is the kind of job you can stick with....seems like a good marriage with Phil's Alabama ties.
