ur not really educated enough on the matter to have a real conversation about this. Because liberals have tried all kinds of stuff that frankly more often than not gets shut down by conservatives....ie public school funding, closing gun show loopholes which is how most of these firearms get into the cities in the first place, etc, etc, etc. And some things they do get to try but it doesn't work, in some cities it does....in others it doesn't. 

Remember when DC was like the murder capital of the world? It's not even top 25 anymore. Chicago is like 21 yet you stupid ngr's can't stop talking about it because you get ur daily outrage takes from other stupid ngrs who can't spare the time to do a simple google check.
