Just saw this, Chad Thomas was rated the best defender by PFF for the Miami game. After the Corbett debacle it’s nice to see this guy taking steps in the right direction. Hopefully he keeps it up.

We count on Baker/Ward/Chubb, and the difference between good and great teams is hitting on the later rounds.  Ratley is the Browns answer for "Who is that who made that catch?" except for the last 3 games where he got one token play each.. Corbett/Callaway/Avery/Simeon Thomas are all gone.

If nothing else, our depth is getting valuable experience.

Chad obviously bought into "next man up" & took advantage of his opportunity.
