I would say:  Fuck the Steelers.     They were over the cap until the new cap kicked in....and basically they used the extra room they got to franchise Dupree.  They have under  6 million now.   I suspect if they keep and sign those  6  ...low/minimum wage draft picks, that will still take up half their cap.   And one report said all the following moves had to be made to get there:

Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, cornerback Joe Haden, tight end Vance McDonald, cornerbackSteven Nelson and kicker Chris Boswell have reworked their contracts and they’ve released three players while guard Ramon Foster retired.

Or, they could just cut Ben Roethlisberger and save a lot of room that way.

As face it....now most of the other "old guys"  have moved on:  Brady to Tampa,  Rivers to Indy, Eli retired.  Only Brees is still in place.
