Actually- according to my "Deep State" LOL info- "The Boss" would like nothing better than to shut the Poli Board down- for exactly that reason. It's no longer a forum for open discussion- it's all a one sided rant. Steve runs the show over there- so I let them spew. My Mod powers aren't high enough to eliminate an entire Forum- though I'd love to put the MAGAs on notice- it's hanging on by a thread- literally.

So you're guessing about reimbursement. Show me some numbers. BTW, nosing around looking for "cause of death" is a HIPPA violation, and most hospitals take an extremely dim view of that, to the extent "you're fired" if they find out. .

Believe what you want. I know a very big well respected hospital in Columbus is attributing any kinds deaths due to respiratory complications as COVID19. Any fluid on the lungs would be any "positive test" they need as of right now.

The reimbursement difference is coming from insurance companies such as Medicare and medicaid. Fact is in respiration therapy the responsibility is putting the patients on respirators and putting in the tubes and such.  While doing so respiration therapists are privy to what illnesses patients have.
