Now imagine if president or Governor XXX decided that there was another emergency. What's a street crime or oxy overdoses or domestic terrorism. So that president or Governor decides that the DEA or other US law enforcement agency can now enter your home and search it without a warrant or prior notification?

Not sure if this will make it past the Ohio Supreme Court to the scotus but one of these days some Administration you really hate is going to start issuing arbitrary orders for whatever emergency they deemed necessary. And since no political party is free from assholes this will affect any one of us.
