I’m all about finding a meat substitute, after all humans kill 4 billion chickens a year (my daughter is a vegan).

I was one of the first people in line at Burger King when they introduced the Impossible Whopper.

I thought it had good flavor and texture, but after finding out it contains 1100 mg of sodium...I didn’t buy it again.

There’s definitely a market for meat alternatives, I believe there will be a more viable solution in the not too distant future.
