	Here are Data Points on the Browns vs. The Steelers:
</p>

<p>
	1. Steelers currently lead the   all time series  75-59-1.   These are the most games the Browns have played against any single any other opponent.  And I believe that is the same for the Steelers.  (oh, but its not a rivalry)
</p>

<p>
	2.   Quarterbacks that have led the Steelers in passing for a season the also played for the Browns:    Dick Shiner,  Bill Nelsen,  Mike Tomsczak
</p>

<p>
	3.  Steeler Running Backs that also played for the Browns:    Marion Motley
</p>

<p>
	4.  Steeler  First round draft picks that also played for the Browns at some point:  John Rienstra,   Len Dawson,  Ed  Modzelewski   (not to be confused with brother Dick who also played for Browns)
</p>

<p>
	5. The only person who ever went to the Pro Bowl as a member of the Steelers who also played for the Browns, that I could find was:    Joe Haden
</p>

<p>
	6. The Browns and Steelers met in post season play  twice:   1994 and 2002.   Steelers won both.
</p>

<p>
	7. The Steelers original name was The Pirates, named after the town's baseball team.   However, a local newspaper called them "The Rooneymen" after owner Art Rooney.
</p>

<p>
	8. The Steelers first ever draft pick in 1936 was a guy named:    William Shakespeare.
</p>

<p>
	9.  The Steeler signed Byron "Whizzer" White  to the largest ever NFL contract at the time.  He played one year for them....and had bigger things in mind:   He was appointed to the US Supreme Court by John F. Kennedy and  served for many years.   He was considered a "conservative" jurist:     <span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">Justice<span> </span></span><b style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">White's</b><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124"><span> </span>most<span> </span></span><b style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">famous</b><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124"><span> </span>opinion for the<span> </span></span><b style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">Court</b><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">—and it has since been explicitly overruled by the<span> </span></span><b style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">Supreme Court</b><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">—came in the 1986<span> </span></span><b style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">decision</b><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124"><span> </span>in Bowers v. </p>

<p>
	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">Or, maybe it can be said he was a troglodyte.   He wrote dissenting opinions in both Roe v. Wade and Miranda v. Arizona.</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">10.  During WWII the Steelers on two different occasion had to merge with two other teams to stay afloat.   One merger was with the Eagles and the team became known as the Steagles.   And with the Cardinals and that team was nicknamed the Carpets  (Card-Pitt)</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">11. In 2008 two of the Rooney family owners....the brothers of Dan Rooney,  gave up their interest in the team so that they could maintain their interest in horseracing tracks and casinos in Florida.   As a result,  they began to bring in outside investors....including Jimmy Haslam, now Browns owner, who, of course later sold that interest off when he bought the Browns.     But, the fact is, there are 8 other  owners/investors in the Squeelers at this point.    And, while the Rooney family still has the biggest ownership share....they really only own  30% of the team!</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">12. Heinz Field stood in as the stadium for the "Gotham Rogues"  in the movie The Dark Knight Rises.</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#202124">13. The Steelers have retired  11 numbers.   Only the Bears and Giants have retired more.    The Browns have only retired 5. </span>
