I am talking about different renditions of the Wizard of Oz that have been made over the years.

Oz The Great and Powerful with James Franco,  which I actually liked quite a bit  (told the "backstory" of the Wizard)

But, I don't think there has ever been a movie made of the book  "Wicked", though the play was a big hit.   (though I have never seen it.)

And, I am sure there have been any number of other adaptations.
